Then this isn’t it, and we’d rather say so than sell you the wrong thing. Templates are for people who need something simple, professional and fast — a real need, and a real product.

But if the site has to be built around your funnel, your offer and your strategy — something that converts against a plan, or whose structure you control outright — that’s a custom build. It starts with the audit.

01What exactly do I get?
A fully built, professionally designed website — personalised with your business information, hosted on a live URL, and delivered within 24 hours. That is the $150, and it is the whole price of the site. If you want to change the site yourself later, there is an optional editor for $9 a month — you never have to take it.
02Do I need to set anything up myself?
No. No accounts to create, no software to buy, no technical knowledge. After purchase you fill out a short form with your business details, and we handle the building, hosting and delivery.
03Can I edit it? What can I change?
If you take the optional editor, yes — your text, hours, services, photos and colours are all yours to change, and there is an assistant built in, so you describe the change in plain English rather than learning software. The structure and code stay with us, which is why you cannot accidentally break the design. Without the editor, send us the change and we will quote it. If you want a site you fully control and can rebuild at will, that is a custom build, not a template.
04Are there any other costs?
$150 once, and that is the site. Hosting is not a subscription — there is no monthly cost to stay live. Two things are optional: the editor at $9 a month, and a custom domain at about $20/year paid directly to the registrar.
05How long until it’s live?
Within 24 hours of submitting your intake form. We build it, host it, and send you the live link.
06Which colorway do I get?
Whichever you pick. Preview all nine on this site, then choose your design and colorway on the intake form after you buy — same form as your business details. If you have the editor you can change it later yourself; if not, ask us and we will quote it.
07Do I have to take the editor?
No. Most of what a small site needs is set once and left alone, and the $150 covers all of that. Take the editor if you expect to change things often. It is not part of checkout — we send you the link once your site is live, so you can decide when you are looking at the real thing rather than guessing.
08What if I cancel the $9?
Your site stays exactly where it is, live, at no cost. The editor closes and the site stops changing. Start it again whenever you need to make an update.
09What if I change something and it looks wrong?
Every change you make in the editor is saved as a version, so one click puts it back the way it was. If you would rather not, reply to any of our emails and we will fix it for you.
